Terms and conditions

These terms apply to your use of the VIZBOOM website. By using the website, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. The Romanian version of these terms prevails.

1. Who we are

The website is operated by:

VIZBOOM is a platform and brand of FASTPOS S.R.L.

2. What the website offers

The website presents the VIZBOOM platform for managing digital screens in stores, restaurants and other locations, the related hardware and the pricing plans. The information is provided for general information. VIZBOOM services are sold exclusively to legal entities. We do not sell to, or enter into contracts with, private individuals (consumers).

The screen images, demo campaigns and simulation on the website are for presentation. The features actually available are those described in the offer and contract agreed with each client.

3. Prices, offers and pre-orders

• Prices are shown in euros and exclude VAT.
• The calculator on the pricing page gives an estimate. A firm offer is sent in writing, after a conversation with a VIZBOOM specialist.
• Offers and contracts are only made with legal entities. Anyone who fills in the contact form or places a pre-order confirms they are acting on behalf of a legal entity.
• Sending the contact form or a pre-order is not a contract and does not commit you to anything. A contract is only formed when the offer is accepted in writing and the contract documents are signed.
• Subscription terms (duration, invoicing, yearly prepayment, hardware delivery and installation, support and warranties) are set out in the contract.
• We may change the prices and plans on the website at any time. Changes do not affect offers already accepted or contracts in progress.

4. The contact form

Please fill in the form with accurate data and do not send unlawful or offensive content, or other people’s data without their consent. The data you send is processed in line with our Privacy policy.

5. Intellectual property

The website content (text, design, the VIZBOOM name and logo, images, animations, videos and code) belongs to FASTPOS S.R.L. or is used with the owners’ permission. It may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without our written consent.

Names and trademarks of other manufacturers (for example TP-Link, Xinrui / Sundray) belong to their owners and are used only to identify the hardware.

6. Liability

We work to keep the information on the website accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that the website is always available or free of errors. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages resulting from using, or being unable to use, the website.

The website may link to other websites. We do not control and are not responsible for their content or policies.

7. Personal data and cookies

How we process personal data, and information about cookies, are described in our Privacy policy.

8. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Romanian law. We will first try to resolve any disagreement amicably; write to us at contact@vizboom.ro. If we cannot reach an agreement, the dispute will be settled by the competent courts for the registered office of FASTPOS S.R.L.

Because VIZBOOM does not sell to consumers, our relationships with clients are business-to-business, and consumer protection law does not apply to them.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is always the one published on this page.
