Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data we collect through the VIZBOOM website, why we use it, how long we keep it and what your rights are, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable Romanian law. The Romanian version of this policy prevails.

Who we are

The data controller is:

VIZBOOM is a platform and brand of FASTPOS S.R.L.

What data we collect

Through the contact form we collect the data you give us:

• name, company, email address and phone number;
• the approximate number of locations and the estimated number of screens per location;
• your message (optional) and the language you filled in the form in.

We do not collect sensitive data or payment details through the website. VIZBOOM services are sold exclusively to legal entities: the data we receive belongs to contact people at companies. The website is not intended for people under 16.

Why we use the data, and on what legal basis

• To reply to you and prepare an offer for your locations: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and your consent, given by ticking the box in the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
• To defend our rights in case of a dispute: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We do not use the data for advertising, we do not profile you and we do not make automated decisions about you. We do not sell or rent the data.

How long we keep it

If we do not enter into a contract, we keep the data for no longer than 12 months after our last interaction with you, then delete it. If you become a client, the data is kept for the duration of the contract and afterwards for as long as the law requires (for example, accounting records).

Who we share it with

The data may be processed on our behalf by providers that help us operate: website hosting, email and the form service. We only work with GDPR-compliant providers, under contracts that oblige them to protect the data. If a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer only takes place with the safeguards required by the GDPR (for example, standard contractual clauses).

We may share data with public authorities only when the law requires us to.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• find out what data we hold about you and receive a copy (right of access);
• have inaccurate data corrected (rectification) or erased;
• request that processing be restricted, or object to it;
• receive your data in a structured format (portability);
• withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before.

To exercise any of these, write to us at contact@vizboom.ro. We reply within one month.

If you are not satisfied, you can lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP), B-dul G-ral Gheorghe Magheru 28–30, sector 1, Bucharest, www.dataprotection.ro.

How we protect the data

The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access to the requests we receive is limited to the people on our team who need them to reply to you.

Cookies

The VIZBOOM website does not use tracking, analytics or advertising cookies, and does not load scripts or fonts from third parties.

We use a single technical item, stored only in your browser for the current session (sessionStorage): it remembers whether you have already seen the opening animation, so you do not see it on every page. It clears itself when you close the window and sends us no information. Because it is strictly necessary for the website to work, it does not require consent.

If we ever add analytics tools or cookies that are not strictly necessary, we will ask for your consent first and update this policy.

Changes

We may update this policy when the way we process data or the law changes. The version in force is always the one on this page.
